Trying to contact Support for Meta Quest 3 but can’t verify I own it?

Hello, my Universal Menu isn’t working on my Meta Quest 3 I just purchased SECOND-HAND. I went to contact support but using my account that is already linked through the Meta Horizon app doesn’t recognize I own it. Using the serial number(which i got from scanning the QR code) also doesn’t recognize the device. I’m not trying to solve my universal menu issue here, just want to know how I am able to contact support in any way but the forum. Thank you

    You can usually contact support via email, chat, or whatsapp.

    But according to the note on the site, live chat is currently unavailable.🙁

    Which serial number did you use? From the headset or from the box?

    You'll need to put in the serial number from the box.

      Ahhh that would explain why it wasnt working. I dont have the box so i was using the SN on the headset itself. Since I dont even have that serial number I cant get to page that allows me to see the email to contact, so im still stuck. Thank you for informing me
