Trying to resolve my sons account suspension

I guess it’s impossible to speak to an actual human being. I have been trying to lift the suspension on my son’s account for weeks. His account is suspended because it wants me to confirm his age, but when I try to do that it says it doesn’t match what’s on his profile. But I’m entering the correct birthdate. And I can’t see what’s on his profile because it’s suspended. The email I got when his account was suspended has no option to submit an appeal or anything, and when I try to get support it asks me for his device serial number (he has a meta quest 3S) but when I enter it, it says “support is not available for this device.” I’ve never seen any platform make it so impossible to speak to actual human beings in customer service, and for the prices I pay as a consumer I find that asinine. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
