Two factor authentication not receiving text.

Question

Hi, I need help! I've been struggling for days to log into my meta account. The problem is that the two factor authentication is not sending me the confirmation code to my phone via sms. I've had to create this 2nd meta account to at least be able to communicate my issue.

I am having this same problem and NO MetaQuestSupport says they can’t help me. I had to do a damned factory reset because the new updates screwed everything up in my headset. Couldn’t change up my avatar, games wouldn’t load. Multiple problems! Now iI can’t get in because of 2FA.&nbsp;
