If you request too many 2FA codes, your account might be temporarily locked from sending more codes. In this case, you need to wait 24 hours before trying again.
- If you aren't receiving a text message when setting up 2FA, try the following steps:
- Ensure that your phone carrier is supported.
- Check your phone's network connection.
- Look for any outage reports from your network provider.
- Make sure that flight mode is turned off.
- Restart your phone.
- Check that the message isn't affected by your blocked numbers.
- Update your phone's operating system.
- If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to contact your phone carrier for further assistance.
