Unable to Access My Meta Oculus Account Due to Two-Factor Authentication Issue.

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my Meta Oculus account, as I am unable to log in due to a two-factor authentication (2FA) issue. The account is not linked to a Facebook profile; it is a standalone Meta account. And I have changed my phone to a new one, I no longer have access to the Authenticator App.

I have created a new Meta account to make post here, as I cannot access my original account. Please assist me in recovering my account or disabling the 2FA so I can regain access. I am happy to provide any further details or verification required.
