Unable to Add Payment Method + Support Issues

I recently purchased a Quest 3S (just before Christmas). I have tried over 6 different cards and every time it says “Unable to Add Payment Method”. I have tried doing it in a web browser as oppose to in the Meta Horizon app and get either the same issue or just today I got what is seen in the image. I’ve tried to work with the AI bot but this directs me to open a support line. Only issue is that it says “no devices associated with account”. This makes no sense, I’m 100% sure I’m using the same account on the Meta Horizon app as I am in browser, the Quest is clearly connected within the app. So I try the alternative of entering in the S/N, it’s gives “Support not Available for this Device”. I am completely stuck. This is incredibly frustrating. If anyone has a solution or knows of a way to get in contact with a human it would be much appreciated, I truly do enjoy this headset but had no idea support was this bad for it.

      Thank for the help. I tried doing it within the headset and still had same issue. Just spent the last 30 minutes in a support chat (that link was a lifesaver, thank you!) and they couldn’t figure it out, being escalated to the “specialist team”, estimated reply is 24-48hrs. Up to almost 3 hours trying to sort this out, will post a solution/resolution here when they get back to me.
