Unable to add Payment Method

Hey there ishwarseeker! We were going through the posts and saw you were having issues purchasing games on your device. We just wanted to ensure that the following steps have been looked over for you regarding payment confirmation to be added on your account:

• The card must be associated with a billing address
• The card must be able to have funds added/reloaded to it
  • E-cards and virtual Mastercards should work, but most Gift cards do not have this option
• There cannot be purchasing restrictions placed on the card
  • The network cannot have any purchase restrictions to prevent online payments
• Postal codes that do not follow the correct format will result in “invalid postal code”

• MasterCard
• Meta Quest gift card

PayPal Details

PayPal is an online payments system which allows customers to make purchases using either:

• PayPal funds
• A credit card that is attached to the PayPal account
