Hello,
I'm still facing to this issue. I'm not able to add a Payment method - add a credit/debit card.
i was trying to add it via Windows Oculus app, Android Oculus app, web browser. Nothing! 😞
What should I do next? Maybe Oculus does not want my money??? Very flustrating...
I have exactly the same issue. I can't add a card or PayPal. At first I could pay normally, until one day all payments just stopped working due the "unusual activity". Cant even use my 25$ credit they gave me. I've spent more time writing with support than using the headset. I finally gave up and sent it back yesterday. As for support, ss you can see, they either treat you like an idiot by sending you template answers, or they ask you a lot of verification questions, leaving you without any answers or actions... Than you write again, and they are asking you the same questions or give you some stupid advices. I think that we are talking with chatbots that are managed by human supervisors. I don't see any other explanation for all this. Well, good luck!
