How in the world did you messed up this so badly. I have my card added here https://www.meta.com/payments/
... but i can't use it in the Oculus store since it doesn't show up there. Instead it ask me to enter a new payment method and all my card show a error ... and yes i tried the mobile app, the web app, inside the headset ... everything.

Have you verified that the correct account has been used for both sections? At times, some users select the wrong login method and this error happens.
You could also try to sign-out of the mobile app, once you sign-in again, the account will sync up with any information that may have been delayed.
