This has definitely happened to a number of people. I had an issue which I discovered was my fault. I'm sure this isn't the same but thought I'd tell you on the off chance it might be useful. I registered my credit card but couldn't buy anything, it was being rejected. I then discovered when checking my banking app that international purchases were blocked......and it was me who did it, then completely forgot I did. Lol. I'm not saying this is a solution or it's even your problem, but just in case. Good luck. Hope it's sorted soon.
