Unable to add Payment Method

I can t add any credit card to my account. I tried 6 different credit card master, visa, American Express and debit. No luck. I couldn’t buy any thing for 1 year. Is this Facebook Oculus!!! Why you b...

    They are solved my problem with these error screen shots.

     

    When open support ticket, you have to tell them to provide these question answers;

     

    • Recently made a successful online purchase from a US merchant?
    • Check to see if the financial institution placed any restrictions
    • Try another network connection type
    • Try another network location
    • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
    • Restart the device
    • Try another device
    • Try another payment method

     

    I recommend that you send the answers to these questions in your first ticket message to reach a quick solution. My problem solved in two weeks. I don't know why I get this error. They did not explained anything to why occurs this problem.

     

    I hope anyone can solve who gets these error messages. Now, i can add payment methods to my account.

I just got my self a quest 2 last night and I just tried to add 2 different cards and on my phone, quest 2 and pc and get the same error, messaged meta support and gave them my info and was told to try again in 5-6 hours 😞

 

just an update, I just tried to add a card on the PC in MS Edge and Firefox and Chrome and none worked 😞

another update, no reply from support and I just tried to add paypal to my account and still get the error 😞

Something went wrong and we were unable to add this payment method. Please try again.

Big Thanks to support all sorted, added my card and playing my new game 🙂

    Nothing at all just left it and tried again the next day and it worked and allowed me to add PayPal as a payment method, but I did go to PayPal app and if you look in there (I couldn’t find it though) there is supposed to be a way to reactivate preapproved payments have a look in your app to see if it has become inactive you might be able to find the reactivate button or contact PayPal I think it is Facebook Technologies Ireland that need to be reactivated and that should solve your problem let me know how yiu get on
