Unable to buy games

Hi- I have been unable to buy games for my meta quest 3 in months and months and months. I have sent numerous emails to meta support. Over 11. I get a response that it is being worked on but this has gone on for half a year. Never gets fixed. It is said to have bought the quest and now we are unable to buy games for it and there is no support from meta on this.

    Hi Ghosty.2 🙂

    Some users did this:
    They created a second account and gifted the games they want with this account to their main account.

    I know., this is not a solution, but maybe a workaround to get some games on your main account while you are waiting for a real solution.😉

    I tried this and it doesn't seem to work

    it just tells me it noticed something unusual and for my security my request could not be completed

    I don't if this helps but I'm on a quest 2

    I know you might not know what to do but if you could please help
