Unable to change email due to it being hacked

Recently my email that is linked to my meta account got hacked and sold on the black market. I sadly no longer have access to it. I’m not able to add or delete any email linked to the account without a verification code from the hacked email. If someone could let me know if there is a way to bypass this that would be greatly appreciated
