Unable to download after factory reset

I recently had to do a factory reset on my headset. It downloaded all of my apps, except one when I go to the store. It shows that I purchased the app however, doesn’t give the option to download it.  The only option it gives me is to get a refund, which I don’t wanna do since I got the game on sale. The specific game is walk about mini golf the hole in one bundle and all the other expansion packs after.
