Unable to download

I know this has been discussed before but it’s happened again today. 

i was unable to install a new environment. I did a factory reset and now i can’t install or download anything. All my games and even the browser or meta horizon can’t be loaded back onto it so it’s effectively useless! 

I tried to bring this up via help and support but even that’s saying it doesn’t recognise my profile or the devices serial number so I can’t resolve it that way either

    Are you part of our Public Test Channel (PTC)? If you are, you could try unenrolling and rebooting your headset in order to try and resolve this issue.
