Me and my friend tried following each other through the meta horizon app and even on the vr headset and we are not able to follow each other and the only options are to block and report him but not anything about following
If they are the only 2 options available, it looks like you are already following him. The other option is that you have accidentally been blocked by your friend. Get your friend to check his settings, and make sure the user names are correct on both sides. Good luck!
This is NOT the case. i'm having the same issue with my friend as the OP. neither him nor I can follow each other. both of us have public profiles and no safety settings enabled. both of us are over 18 so parental controls are not a factor. we can see each other's profile when directly searching our exact usernames but there is no option to follow one another at all, and any messages fail to send.
