Unable to get access to old VR account. Can't contact support.

Hello yesterday I bought myself a meta quest 3 and have been unable to login to my old VR account. It forced me to login with Facebook and then said my email was unavailable. After this I tried to contact support by opening a ticket but it required me to input my device serial number. My serial number will not show as being valid, and no device is showing up on my profile on the meta website. I am completely unable to get in contact with meta support because they keep saying I don't own a device.

    I am having the same type of issue and have lost everything. Meta claims that they can’t help me. They can’t find me. Its beyond ridiculous. My 2FA Authy app codes don’t work so I can’t log in. Had to do a factory reset and of course got logged out of headset. Currently using FB login but all my games, friend lists are gone. I don’t know what to do.
