Unable to get any support
Hello can someone please help me. I activated my Quest 3. 3 days ago, it shows on my account in the app. Yet when I try to get support at https://www.meta.com/help/quest/ it says no device on my account. I enter my serial number, it says no support available for this.
In app, I can select the device, click warranty, get support. It loads a page that says "This page isn't avialable right now." Has been doing this for the last 3 days.
This is extremely frustrating. I also messaged MetaStoreHelp​ 3 days ago and no one has responded.
