Unable to get any support

Hello can someone please help me. I activated my Quest 3. 3 days ago, it shows on my account in the app. Yet when I try to get support at https://www.meta.com/help/quest/ it says no device on my account. I enter my serial number, it says no support available for this.

In app, I can select the device, click warranty, get support. It loads a page that says "This page isn't avialable right now." Has been doing this for the last 3 days. 

This is extremely frustrating. I also messaged MetaStoreHelp​ 3 days ago and no one has responded.

    That's frustrating. Make sure you are using the serial number on the box, not the one on the device.. The controllers and the headset all have different serial numbers so using the one on the box should work for you. 🤞Unfortunately Meta does not make it very clear that the box serial number is important. Good luck

    It takes several days after the activation for the device to appear on the help page, but you should see it on this page.

    ​ Maccyb123​  already told  you to use the serial number from the box which is correct👍
