Unable to host/join games on local servers

We are trying to play Starship Troopers Continuum as a group but the game is not loading up the players properly on our Australian servers ( 3 green bars on the ping or connection meter ) We can happily join games hosted the USA or South Africa ( 1 small red bar on the meter ).

It is not my set up as quite a few players spread across the country are having the same issue. Something changed around the 22nd of August and it hasn’t been working right since then. Any suggestions on how to get it sorted?   Have tried sending emails to the help site without any luck.
