Unable to install Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor in Windows 10

I am trying to install the Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor on a Windows 10 PC. I have tried with Worlds-Desktop-Editor-v236.0.0.5.304.msi & Worlds-Desktop-Editor-v239.0.0.7.306.msi with an error stating that "Worlds Desktop Editor is not supported in this version of Windows. Please upgrade to Windows 10".

I have tried chat support directly with Meta (waste of time) where they told me to enroll in the Public Test Channel (which I did) and someone would be in touch with another version to install. They never got back to me.

I emailed tech support but after a week no response. I have Googled for a solution for this issue and have come up with nothing. Has anyone had this similar issue or have solution so I can get this installed on my Windows 10 Professional PC?
