I was hoping to get some help with an issue on meta quest 2. When I have the headset on the screen is fuzzy and I can only see the room. Home Screen is not loading , screen with both controllers showing for a few seconds then disappearing. I have done a factory reboot and still having the same issues. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix. Thanks

Are you talking about "passthrough mode"? Have you tried pressing the Meta button on your right controller briefly to bring up the menu bar, or double-tapping the side of your headset to switch to the virtual environment? Have you tried fully powering the headset off and on?
Hi Steve, yes it’s the pass through mode I have tried everything even restoring to factory mode and I’m still having the same issues.
Is this passthrough mode happening before or after you select your profile? Does the profile selection menu even appear?
No screen is appearing , I have no way of selecting profile or anything. When looking through the lens its visual is of my surroundings like looking through glasses if that makes sense?

have you restartet the headset... sometimes multiple restarts can help.
You can als try if using the update tool can fix it.
