Unable to set up parental supervision

Hey, so, I'm under 18 and I can't set up parental supervision due to my account not being eligible or a technical error, I've tried so many ways to get it to work but it keep giving me the same error no matter what my parents try, they can't supervise. Are there any fixes?

    We saw you were wondering about setting up parental supervision for your Meta account. First of all, please ensure you have a child account and not an adult account, as only child accounts can be supervised. If you do not have a child account, please follow the steps linked here to see how to change a regular account to a child account. 

     

    Once you have done that, you can then follow the helpful steps outlined in this link to find how to manage a child account, once it has been created.

      The issue is that it is a teen account and I'm able to pay for things like horizon+ without a parent but it used to be an adult account. And whenever I try getting it supervised, I can't because it's either ineligible or there's an error. My issue is that it won't let me and my mom and I can't troubleshoot it.
