The issue is that it is a teen account and I'm able to pay for things like horizon+ without a parent but it used to be an adult account. And whenever I try getting it supervised, I can't because it's either ineligible or there's an error. My issue is that it won't let me and my mom and I can't troubleshoot it.

HELLO! I am currently having the same issue with my daughter's account. All of sudden 5 hours ago the supervision was removed. My daughter has never had an adult account it has always been a teen account as she is still under 18. I am getting the same errors with no resolve in site. I sent in several bug reports with no resolve. Are you able to assist with this?
