Unable to turn on my vr headset!!!

Hello, I have recently got my meta account horizon account suspended the March 7th 2026, because I tried to verify my age but I couldn't do it so I lost it. Bigger problem, is that I cannot power on my vr headset anymore. Once I power it on, it'll turn on to the logo and turn off repeatedly. I have tried to do a factory reset but now it doesn't wanna turn on anymore. My screen is all black. Please help me.  Thanks for answering
