Universal menu disappeared

I’m new to my Meta Quest 3S, I’ve noticed that my universal menu has disappeared last few days.  No matter how many times I pressed the Meta button with my right controller, only library comes up.  I looked online and checked my software updates, reset my boundaries and went as far as doing a factory reset.  I cannot get my universal menu back.  I’m very frustrated with myself.  Is there something wrong with my system.

    Okay bud I had the same issue, I found a fix! Download ADB drivers for whatever os PC you have. Place the platform-tools file at C:\platform-tools, open a cdm type in C:\platform-tools, then type ADB devices to make sure you quest is connect to the PC! Then type ADB shell pm clear com.oculus.vrshell and then your menu will work again. It's the update that bugged/glitched out your menu! It's nothing you did.
