Universal Menu

Recently on my Quest 3 the Universal Menu has stop displaying, if I push the button, you can hear the sound, but nothing happens! I spent 3 hours on live chat yesterday, I tried turning developer mode on and off, reset Gurdian, managed to do multiple hard reboots, four factory resets and two USB-ADB updates with no progress. I can however launch games/apps with my meta-app on my phone. Anyone ever experience this bug/glitch before? If so, how did you solve the issue?
