Unknown Passcode, prompted for the first time after about a month of use.

Our headset prompted us for a pin and we have no clue what it is.

Any way to fix this? The headset is grayed out in the Meta APP and unable to reset it that way, its like the Meta Quest 3s dropped off the network. 

I think this is horrible the only way to have the headset function is a factory reset, why is there no way to reset this? What are the work arounds other than disabling it from the settings (if possible) after a system reset?
