Update installed wrong or bug, fixable or not? (Or refund?)

I recently bought a gunstock.

I play a game called ghosts of tabor specifically. When i try to grip the front of my gun with my left trigger, i can't. This is because my left hand is too much to the right.  This is caused by an update installed wrong or just a bug that's causing it.

I am on meta quest 2. Is this fixable, or do i have to get a whole new headset just for that problem? It is a tracking issue, but i'm just not sure. Any help?

    It's up to the game developer and gunstock maker to ensure their products are compatible. Eg. having settings in the game to adjust hand position. Not everyone has the same size hands and arms, for example 🤷‍♂️. Unfortunately, the quest doesn't have any settings for tweaking hand position for FPS games, which would be a good feature to suggest in the developer feedback center.

    The problem is obviously the gunstock, not the headset. Changing the headset would be like changing your car because you had a flat tire. 😁

      It's not the gunstock. Although it seems weird, it is a meta issue.
