Nothing is wrong with your headset.
As steve_40 already told you.... for some people - including me - the log in/select profile screen changed from passthrough to this gray-dotted screen after the update.
Other people had that gray-dotted screen all the time. 🤷♀️
So I just got the v2.1 update. After the restart, I still had the grey dotted screen. Then I powered the headset fully off and on. Now I have a newly designed profile menu with passthrough background. There's a virtual "+" button for adding new profiles, plus a virtual power button underneath to shut off the headset.
I still don't have navigator 🤪.
I don't seem to have any new features EXCEPT that when I activate Meta AI, it now says "I can't do that on this device" no matter what I ask. Before the update, it would just go "ding" 🤪.
The Horizon Feed page still opens in my face when I sign on 🤪.

Still on v85 here..... maybe my update routine changed back to "4 weeks after release" 😅
Will see, maybe I'll get an update tomorrow.
As far as I know, Meta Ai is only working in the US and Canada?

I checked Grace's headset, and she's still stuck on v85 as well. I can use Meta AI on my phone with the dedicated app, just not on the headset.

Yes, on phone I also can use it. But for the Quests it's only USA and Canada.
I don't mind....... I don't want to talk with my headset.😅
