Urgente!

Can anyone help me?

I'm from Brazil and I bought a Meta Quest 3s three days ago, sealed and working normally. After starting the update, it turned off by itself after a few minutes. I turned it on again and went through the factory reset screen, configured the Wi-Fi and everything else... when I tried to update the system again, it simply turned off after a few minutes, it won't turn on anymore and it won't charge. Could Meta have damaged my Quest?

Not even the factory reset procedure works.

    After starting the update, it turned off by itself after a few minutes.

    It should have automatically restarted and continued with the setup procedure after a few seconds.

    I turned it on again and went through the factory reset screen

    When setting up a new Quest, you should not have been presented with the factory reset screen. Something was already wrong at that step. Send the headset back for replacement/refund.

        Yeah. It makes me scared every time there is a software update, expecting my headset to explode or something.
