usb update menu

I was in quest and 1 day I got like a ban or someting so I cant use it. and I wonder what if I do factory reset and, kaboomm and  I m stuck in the usb update menu how I can fix it

      I do everything on the quest now I'm gonna do the PC  solve if it won't fix I'm gonna replay you thanks for your feedback
