Same thing that others reported happened to me. IMMEDIATELY after upgrading to v74 my battery no longer charges about 73%. I contacted Meta "tech support" and the experience was unacceptable. I provided a link to this thread because the agent acted ignorant of a widely reported problem. I was told "somebody" would email me about my issue "as soon as possible." That's just a bunch of B.S. I'm absolutely livid with Meta. The exact same thing happened to my Quest 2 a couple of years ago and it was never fixed. I've literally purchased every single Quest headset since Q1 and am just about done with Meta because of horrendous customer "support."
