V78 issues?

I now have V78 on my quest 3 and now my Bobovr S3Pro is not connecting. When I put a battery on the headset it registers as 100% but when I plug the connector into the quest 3 it is not charging it. The quest will charge on its own plug so there is nothing wrong with the connection.  And yes I’ve shut it down and restarted and still does not work. Anyone else?!
