V81 Bug? Menu won't appear when turning on Quest 3

this happens to me also quite a lot , no main ui menu the horizon feed pops up but no menu under it , if i hit a few buttons on the controllers sometimes it comes up latter other times i have to reboot it , this only started to happen after the last firmware update .
