V81 Bug? Menu won't appear when turning on Quest 3

Same issue.  Hard reboot is not an acceptable solution.  Please fix this and all the other bugs in v81.  For example, PIN code screen at same time as Boundary Off dialog and cannot click either so hard reboot is again needed. Very disappointing.
