Quest 3 won't take a charge when turned on or sleeping nor will pc usb debugging/pc link connection will be discovered/connected.
Official charger or aftermarket one. Nothing works when the headset is actually running.
The only workaround so far is completely powering it down and then it will take a charge.
Factory reset did nothing as it's a bug with the new update. It was working perfectly fine in v81.

If you have developer mode, it has to be enabled, then in Developer settings in the headset, enable "MTP notification".
I'm on v83 and my headset charges while I'm using it. I have my charge cable plugged in to the Elite headstrap w/ battery.
I NEVER connect or disconnect the USB cable while the headset is on. I always fully power off the headset first. After connecting the cable, it should charge correctly, even after powering the headset back on.
