Verify wallet

My wallet restricted me out of no where and not it’s trying to have me verify it’s me but I can’t find anywhere to do so.

      We have all done that but get dismissed. Why tell us to do this when you know fine well that you are not going to fix it?

  • I am having the same problem, and feel like I am getting the run around.  I cannot get any help with this problem.

        You say that but that is what we have all been doing but 6 months down the line and I keep getting the same answer with no resolvement or attempt to fix it. If you did your jobs instead of breaking meta with more useless weekly updates there would be no issues. You have robbed from a lot of people. 

  • My wallet was suspended in June,,, It has not been restored. It is now September. I have over 50 emails that I have sent to Meta,,, and the issue has not been fixed! I keep getting the run around with these generic messages that they are sending me stating that they are reviewing the issue. Meta is a tech company…. How long does it take to review and fix my wallet? On top of that one of their representatives told me in August that I can use a gift card while the issue was being resolved…. I entered my gift card and now my $100.00 is stuck in the wallet! I have requested several times for the money to either be returned to the card or cancel that gift card and send me another one! I think we all need to file a lawsuit against them then maybe they will work faster because they seem to not care about what’s going on…. That’s probably the reason that they don’t have a 800 number! If I didn’t report suspicious activity on my wallet, then why would you suspend my wallet. Make this foolishness make sense!

      It has been the sane for me, I was all the way back in March and they just won't fix it

  • I think we need to file a class action lawsuit!!!! Meta is sitting her debuting new meta glasses and other money making items…. But can’t go in and unrestricted our wallets.
