Very very bad graphics and performance in meta quest 3s

firstly, i can see that normal viev  is vcery bad and blurry also when i wanted to play DCS with those vrs i couldnt play normaly i had 30 fps trash viev evereything in distanse is blurry i tried a lot changing setting in meta app and dcs but it didnt work. i saw many videos on yt with very good view in those googles. could somone help me  ??? pls oh and also i cant use airlink cuz im getting glitched view and it dissconect after that
