Voice Search not working in Google Search. Works in YouTube and Bing

I'm in Australia.

The voice search in Google Search doesn't work in the Meta browser (Meta's fork of the chromium browser). I see the microphone icon in the search box briefly and then it's hidden. Bing and YouTube search both support voice search so why not Google Search?

    As the others are working fine, it's more likely to be a problem on Googles end. OK, I was curious and I tried it and it's not working for me. So it's either a coincidence or Google search has an issue. I think it's Google.
