VR not fully turning on

my VR is stuck in a state which he is powered on and sound is coming out of the headset but i can only see a slight light coming through.

does anyone know a way to solve this?, i tried everything the USB menu did not work pressing the on/off button did not do much.

if you have found a way to fix this please tell me
