VR UI Tutorials

There's barely any documentaiton or how to get custom UI working for VR users. Most of the documentation on the developer docs are geared toward mobile and Desktop. Does anyone know if any resources I can use to learn how to make UI for VR users? Simple things like a health bar UI in VR or something similar in complexity.
