Waiting for replacement controller for a month

I'm at my wits end.  I'm at the point where writing this post is one of the few options that I have left.  I ordered a replacement right controller September 22nd.  My return was accepted on the 25th but my replacement still has not shipped.  I have spoken to support dozens of times with no success.  I have been told numerous times they are waiting for a response from the warehouse but this has been going on for nearly a month.  I keep getting thanked for my patience but I have no patience left.  Please ship my son's replacement right controller.   I am begging you.  His quest 3 birthday gift has turned into a nightmare.  Please help us!

    So now they canceled my original replacement from a month ago.  Support tells me everything is all good now EXCEPT now the new order says they are sending a REFURBISHED controller!  I feel like I don't even know what to say at this point.  Also the Metastore help that posted above keeps pming me for all my account details to look into it but then never replies whenever I send them.  I have replied to 3 separate pm from them with the details and then they just ghost me.  IT HAS BEEN A MONTH OF THIS!!!

      Replacement headset, controllers are always refurbished as far as I'm aware. Having said that, you're waiting for a longer time than is acceptable.
