Waiting for replacement controller for a month
I'm at my wits end. I'm at the point where writing this post is one of the few options that I have left. I ordered a replacement right controller September 22nd. My return was accepted on the 25th but my replacement still has not shipped. I have spoken to support dozens of times with no success. I have been told numerous times they are waiting for a response from the warehouse but this has been going on for nearly a month. I keep getting thanked for my patience but I have no patience left. Please ship my son's replacement right controller. I am begging you. His quest 3 birthday gift has turned into a nightmare. Please help us!
