Wallet currency issues
Hi
Im having a problem with the currency in my wallet, I have contact support and they have try several times but they are not fixing this issue, it started when I bought a £25 digital gift card I tried to add to add to the wallet but I got an error message saying that I couldn't redeem because the gift card was in a diffeerant currency to the balance of the walletand that I had to use that balance before I could use the gift card, and this is the problem the balanced of the wallet is 0.01 euro and I do not know why it is because I live in N.Ireland so the currency is GBP anyway support say I need to spend this (obv I cant cause games aren't 0.01) but I cant use the balance and another payment method either because any game I try to buy is GBP and it says I cant use the wallet balance to buy a game because of the currency difference , the support added money to the balance (25 so the wallet balance is 25.01euro) so that I could buy a game just with wallet but this doesn't work either because of the games is in GBP and wallet is still euro. I was on holiday recently which was in Europe and when I tried to buy a game the games prices had now changed to euro and I was able to use the wallet to buy a game happy days il use all the balance before I get home and then when I get home with a zero balance in wallet I will add the digital card that I bought months ago, next problem when I tried to buy another game to use up the balance for some reason the price of the games were back to GBP even tho I was still abroad and now I'm back home with a balance in the wallet 13.22euro not able to use it as the games in the store are back to GBP.. sorry for the long explanation but I've tried with support and they cant seem to help ive got a wallet balance I cant use and a £25 gift card that I cant use either
Would be Grateful for any suggestions on how to get rid of the wallet balance or changing the currency
