Wallet locked after one purchase, "help" staff totally useless

I have now been fighting with meta for 2 months about using my metal wallet to purchase games. We bought one game and now they've decided that there was suspicious activity on the account and they've shut it down. I've spent the whole 2 months contacting the help tasks and they've been telling me very helpful things like "I'm following up to let you know that your case is still under review, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution...Our support team is giving this matter the attention it deserves and coordinating with the necessary departments...We understand how important this is to you and want to ensure that when we follow up, we're providing accurate and helpful information....Although there are no updates just yet, you have our assurance that we'll keep you informed every step of the way."

However, since they've told me this about 17 times and there's no actual information about what they're doing or how I can help. I believe that this is nonsense and that they are continually lying to me. I will not be recommending this product to anybody that I know and I would like my money back. Meta, please contact me immediately to deal with this problem. I'm happy to give you any information I need to prove that I'm a real person and that there's nothing suspicious on my account.

"Meta, please contact me immediately to deal with this problem"

Unfortunately RadiantRabbit7560 there are no Meta employees here to see or answer your request. Only users here who cannot help. Some people do have this problem unfortunately and it can be difficult to fix. Just check one thing. I had a similar issue a year ago,, was getting nowhere for a week or two, and then realized the issue was related to my banking app. I had switched off international payment permissions and completely forgot. Meta tried to fix it but obviously couldn't because the problem was at my end. I soon as I changed the permissions everything worked immediately. I'm not saying this is your problem but it might be an idea to get in touch with your Financial services provider and make sure they're not flagging it and also check your permissions. Good luck. The answer you are getting is likely from an Ai, and if it's your bank that is the problem, it will keep answering the same way as it won't be able to find anything on the Meta system.

As Maccyb123 said.... just users here on the forum, no Meta emplyees.

And I'm sure, there is nothing suspicious on your account. Unfortunately, several users facing this issue.

Maybe reading this findings from a user might help you.

Meta store error fix: Request could not be completed

Recently I wasn't able to buy from the app and got this message too. But I could complete the purchase by buying from the headset. It might be a coincidence, but worked already twice.🙃

It's at least worth a try.
