Question

meta quest warranty replacement but headset isn't connected to any account and wont turn on. It just went completely blank and ive tried charging with different chargers and wall plugs. I tried to do warranty replacement but serial # said its not on any acct. But on meta app it says i have warranty until july 9 2026.&nbsp;

You probably have to put in the serial number from the box. Have you tried that?
