Warranty Isn't Working.
So i have a meta quest 3S that i bought recently from best buy and my controller isn't turning on and whenever i try to get a replacement it says there are no devices associated with this account even though there is and when i enter my serial number it says support isn't available for the device and i can't do anything now i have tried every possible way to try and fix the controller but what makes it worst is that they both have some serious stick drift that i have tried fixing using all methods that won't work so i cant get a replacement and i will have to return it or sell it please reply for a solution.
