So I bought a meta quest 3s in February 2025 and my controller just broke yesterday night, can I send it in to get repaired or replacement options
Assuming you purchased in a supported country and the controller broke due to faulty manufacture, yes you are covered by the standard 12 month warranty so log a suport call.
But good luck actually getting a replacement. It was not the easiest to find how to file the warranty, then trying to get them to actually do something wasn't easy either. But once the device was in there hands... there it sits. I have emailed MULTIPLE times with no luck and it looks like this is a common occurrence.
