Hello does anyone know to do the meta quest warranty my oculus came with one my meta quest isn’t charging or turning on when I tried to claim it. It says there’s no devices associated to my account.

Guilermoball Contact support through Choleni is advising. Also if you are getting no device associated to your account, make sure you are using the correct serial number. Don't use the one on the headset, use the one on the box.
Use the serial number here. That's the box serial number.
