Warranty

Hey my names Tim I got the Meta Quest 3 Christmas of 2024. I have a 2 year warranty, I got it through GameStop I bought 3 of the headsets which was a little over $1500, and bought the added scratch prevention warranty and recently they got scratched up. I brought them in to GameStop and they pulled up everything and said I bought three of them but then said the 2 I was trying to exchange didn't have matching serial numbers and told me I didn't buy them there when I know I did and their computers have proof I did I lost the original box but was told that didn't matter as long as I had everything which made sense because who keeps empty boxes for almost 2 years but I'm just trying to figure out what to do I love my headset and just wanna get them fixed but why  should I pay for a warranty that's not gonna work because the box had a different serial number. I would like someone to reach out and tell me how to get it fixed because I cant afford to drop another $1000 on 2 more headsets when I already paid for a 2 year warranty on all three of the ones I bought.

You can get the box serial numbers from this link here.

This other link gives the device serial numbers.

If GameStop still refuses the warranty, you can call on Meta's manufacturing warranty and RMA the headset through official Meta customer support here.

However, I would keep pushing GameStop to validate your warranty. If the store won't resolve your issue, try contacting GameStop Corporate Customer Service.
