Was using my quest 2 and screen suddenly went black but I can still hear the audio

I haven't used my quest 2 in awhile and decided to charge it up and play some games. I turned it on and was updating a game when the screen suddenly went completely black but I could still hear the audio from the device. I've tried turning the headset on and off. I've tried cleaning the proximity sensor. I'm trying to factory reset it but I can't see the screen to do it and it won't connect to the app unless its unlocked and I can't see it to unlock it. I can't physically factory reset it.
